Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka zařízení pro kalibraci optického mikroskopu, které bude sestávat z kalibračního sklíčka s testovacími vzory a softwaru pro operační systém Microsoft Windows, pomocí něhož lze vyhodnotit, vykreslit a sledovat v čase jednotlivé charakteristiky zkoumaného mikroskopu uvedené níže. Primární použití celého systému bude pro fluorescenční mikroskopii.
