v příloze této zprávy Vám zasílám Vysvětlení zadávací dokumentace č. 1.

Součástí vysvětlení jsou upravené přílohy zadávací dokumentace. Dodavatelé jsou povinni respektovat výše uvedené upravené přílohy zadávací dokumentace a do nabídky vyplnit a předložit upravený položkový rozpočet a upravenou technickou specifikaci.

Zadavatel v souladu s § 99 odst. 2 zákona o veřejných zakázkách rozhodl vzhledem k povaze odpovědí na doručené žádosti o vysvětlení zadávací dokumentace a vzhledem ke úpravám položkového rozpočtu, návrhu kupní smlouvy a technické specifikace o prodloužení lhůty pro podání nabídek tak, aby od odeslání tohoto vysvětlení činila nejméně celou svou původní délku.

Zadavatel tedy prodloužil lhůtu pro podání nabídek do 28. 8. 2024 do 10:00 hod.

I am enclosing herewith the explanation of the tender documentation No. 1.

The explanation includes the revised annexes to the tender documentation. Suppliers are required to comply with the above modified annexes to the tender documentation and to complete and submit a modified itemised budget and a modified technical specification in their tender.

In accordance with Article 99(2) of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority has decided, in view of the nature of the responses to the requests for explanation of the tender documentation received and the modifications to the itemised budget, the draft purchase agreement and the technical specification, to extend the deadline for submission of tenders so that it is at least the full length of the original deadline from the date of dispatch of this explanation.

The contracting authority has therefore extended the deadline for the submission of tenders until 10:00 on 28 August 2024.
